&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1.结合线:射出速度与压力需要调整，视模具结构调整参数，视度将料温或是模温适度提高。<br />
&nbsp;<br />
　　2.凹陷(缩水):保压不足适度提高保压，胶量不足(参杂次料影响下料量)确认下料口处缩水处成品太厚或是不平均。<br />
&nbsp;<br />
　　3.断料头:检查抓料销上是否有残留胶料影响，射嘴温度过低或是竖料口部分有损伤，开模速度过快将第一段速度放慢。<br />
&nbsp;<br />
　　4.变形:保压不足、成品冷却不够需要增加冷却时间，顶出脱模不良确认顶出速度是否过 快，确认模具上是否有倒勾毛刺。<br />
&nbsp;<br />
　　5.喷射痕:射速过快造成喷射现象放慢速度会改善，材料烘干不确实，模具部份进料口过小射慢又无法成型，必须将射口做适度调整。<br />
&nbsp;<br />
　　6.流痕:螺管流出塑料冷料造成，可藉后松退能够改善，也可降低鼻头温度或将背压适度调整，但是要注意原料色母混炼问题。<br />
&nbsp;<br />
　　7.银丝线:材料是否确实烘干，是否放置过久了重新吸湿，添加的次料(粉碎料)有无再次烘干模仁漏水或是水管接头漏水喷进去，模具温度与环境温度相差大多。<br />
&nbsp;<br />
　　8.色差:检查色母量是否足够，确认色母批号是否正确，提高螺杆转速将色母混炼均匀，确认色母下料计量器是否异常，进胶点处有色差或是有明显圈状物，可以试着将射出未制作一些调整后将保压降低减少此处应力。</span>
