    硫化硅橡胶是 一种新型的有机硅弹性体，用于制造脱醇型、脱醋酸型、脱酮肟型的单组份、双组份密封胶等，它有非常好的脱模性，特别适于制造精密模具；还可用于电子灌封 胶，作为绝缘材料。这种橡胶的最显著特点是在室温下无须加热、加压即可就地固化，使用极其方便。成为整个有机硅产品的一个重要组成部分。　 
    二、特性：
    硫化硅橡胶可以起到防潮、防腐、防震等保护作用。可以提高<a href="http://tn2008.com/chanpinzhongxin/putongguixiangjiao/hunlianguixiang/1006.html">硅橡胶</a>性能和稳定参数。室温硫化硅橡胶硫化后具有优良的防粘性能，加上硫化时收缩率极小，硫化硅橡胶特别适宜于做深层灌封材料并具有较快的硫化时间。
    三、应用：
    硫化硅橡胶广泛用作灌封和制模材料。各种电子、电器元件用室温硫化硅橡胶涂覆、灌封后，广泛用于汽车、机械行业的密封，抗震材料、纺织、塑料、印刷行业的 橡胶辊筒材 料、建筑行业的嵌缝密封材料。同时可用来制造软模具，用于铸造环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯、乙烯基塑料、石蜡、低熔点合金等的模具。此外，利用双组分室温硫化硅橡胶的高仿真性能可以在文物上复制各种精美的花纹。

    硅橡胶是指主链由硅和氧原子交替构成，硅原子上通常连有两个有机基团的橡胶。普通的硅橡胶主要由含甲基和少量乙烯基的硅氧链节组成。苯基的引入可提高硅橡胶的耐高、低温性能，三氟丙基及氰基的引入则可提高硅橡胶的耐温及耐油性能。硅橡胶耐低温性能良好，一般在-55℃下仍能工作。引入苯基后，可达-73℃。硅橡胶的耐热性能也很突出，在180℃下可长期工作，稍高于200℃也能承受数周或更长时间仍有弹性，瞬时可耐300℃以上的高温。硅橡胶的透气性好，氧气透过率在合成聚合物中是最高的。此外，硅橡胶还具有生理惰性、不会导致凝血的突出特性，因此在医用领域应用广泛。
    硅橡胶分热硫化型（<a href="http://tn2008.com/chanpinzhongxin/putongguixiangjiao/hunlianguixiang/1006.html">高温硫化硅胶HTV</a>）、室温硫化型（RTV），其中室温硫化型又分缩聚反应型和加成反应型。<a href="http://tn2008.com/chanpinzhongxin/putongguixiangjiao/hunlianguixiang/1006.html">高温硅橡胶</a>主要用于制造各种硅橡胶制品，而室温硅橡胶则主要是作为粘接剂、灌封材料或模具使用。热硫化型用量最大，热硫化型又分甲基硅橡胶（MQ）、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶（VMQ，用量及产品牌号最多）、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶PVMQ（耐低温、耐辐射），其他还有睛硅橡胶、氟硅橡胶等。</span></span></pre>
